Event Refund policy

When signing up for an event, participants must request a refund no later than 48 hours before the start time of the event to receive a full refund. A partial refund will be issued for any cancellations made after the 48 hour deadline. 

Equipment rental / Event planning Refund policy 
All bookings require an upfront 50% non-refundable down payment. If the service is cancelled, the second half of the payment will not be charged. 

Catering Refund policy 
All Catering bookings require an upfront 50% non-refundable down payment. If the booking is cancelled, the second half of the payment will not be charged. 

Eventus STUDIO Refund policy 
All STUDIO services require a 50% non-refundable down payment. If the service is cancelled before the delivery date, the second half of the payment will not be charged.
